Here are some tools to help you do something about the current state of foreign affairs funding:

Letter To Congress

One of the easiest and most effective ways to take action is to write your congressman and senators. Both the House and Senate receive unbelievable amounts of mail each day, so it is vital to ensure that any letter that you send is of good quality. Representatives and Senators generally throw away all form letters, so it is vital to properly address the letter and make it as personal as possible.

Here is a template letter that you can send to your congressman and senator. Refer to the House or Senate web site to find the contact information for your representatives.
